Our management consulting team is growing rapidly and currently we lack administrative support. We are looking for Donna (if you are a Suits fan; ), who will be passionate of our business, our office and our team. Candidate should be a native Russian speaker. Main responsibilities:
Office management:
Office management and improvement – it should be clean, cozy and plausible to work Supplies control – stationary, coffee/tea, snacks and fruits – everything should be available
Team support:
Travel management for the team members Printing the presentations and client materials Materials production control Welcoming newcomers – help with hardware order and setup, accounts management (corporate mail, MS Office, consulting tools)
Personal assistant for general manager:
Scheduling and preparing for meetings Team building events organization Other support with various administrative issues
Secretary:
Answer the phone calls and efficiently reroute to correct team member
General administrative support:
Managing the interview process for consulting roles Managing invoices and for all administrative tasks Sending and receiving mail, organizing notary visits, etc

The ideal candidate should be:
Proactive – it’s not a position for sleepy person, ideal candidate should always be in the moment, be concerned on “what else can be done to help the team and to enhance our business” Independent and savvy – there will be a lot of different tasks to accomplish so the candidate should be able to find ways on solving those in the optimal way without much guidance Accurate and attentive to the details Genuinely interested in our business – helping us without any interest in what we do would be impossible, hence we are looking for a candidate who is happy to at least be aware on what’s going on the company University degree and good knowledge of English (upper intermediate+) Good computer user, willing to develop his/her skills
